Have you Made A Trip to Blacksmith

When I was a child in grade school I remember going to town with my dad to have a horse shoes by a large man with a leather apron and a blazing fire. Have you ever gone to a Blacksmith. It must have been impressive as I have the picture stored in my memory. The Foundery build remains in our small town. Of course there are no looking shoeing horses. This set of cards using the Horse and Sleigh brought back these memories

Thanking you for checking in today.

Dreaming of New England

I have always wanted to be in a horse and sleigh in New England in the snow. Sharing some of my Christmas cards today. I enjoyed the Horse and Sleigh Bundle set of stamps and dies.

Thank you for stopping by.

Home Framed Decor

Hi, I am sharing home decor for the Winter from my class last month. This makes a wonderful piece for your home or as a present. I used the Horse and Sleigh Bundle and Designer Series Paper to make my scene. It’s in a 8 by 8 frame with a 6 by 6 mat. I used the coordinating paper to create the winter background. It reminds me of our trip to Norway and how their homes must look in the winter’s snow.

And below is a close up  of the scene. I used Stampin’ Up! Blends to color in the people, horse, and sleigh.
