me, Sandy England.
I retired from Federal service in Washington D.C. and now
live in Bedford County, PA. with
my husband, Mike and our Boston Terriers.
When we built our new home, Mike named the craft room the “Scrapbooking
Wing.”
It is wonderful to be able to work at what I love after
years of not being able to do that.
Approximately seven years ago, my sister gave me a scrapbook
of our childhood. A touching gift to
receive and I came to realize that women are the family storytellers. My
first scrapbook to create was of our family vacation. I showed it to our grandson, Preston, who was
only 3. Later, Preston was visiting and
asked, “Mal, mal, can I see the Florida Story Book?” I was hooked.
In 2006, I was introduced to Stampin’ Up! ® products and immediately
fell in love. The quality stamp sets are
creative and the card stock, patterned paper (DSP), inks and markers all match! I love it!
Making cards came later for me.
Now I only send handmade art.
